Balloon Roof Baking Company

Once there was a man who always wanted to bake. The pandemic happened, and an industrial oven landed in his lap (more or less). This oven happened to be in Fife. That is where said baker started turning out amazing loaves of toasted walnut blue cheese sourdough, sesame baguettes, and koji marinated red onion focaccia. As a nod to a bygone era in Fife, Form Marketing & Design christened the operation Balloon Roof Baking Company, after the once-famous local dance hall that hosted Duke Ellington and Nat King Cole. Visual identity was built with hand-craftedness in mind. The world will never be the same, this bread is that good.
