The Pacific Northwest Business Aviation Association is a not-for-profit dedicated to promoting regional business aviation; providing a unified voice; bridging community and regulators; facilitating member professional development and industry relationships.

The PNBAA team knew they needed to update their marketing and visual identity, but they didn’t know exactly how to go about managing the process as a non-profit with no staff. Form stepped in to lead a strategic marketing engagement allowing all board members and many key stake holders the opportunity to share their position on the direction of the organization. In this role, Form is equal parts detective and therapist. The key to developing great brand strategy is carefully listening to all of this input and merging that with what we know about the industry and marketplace we are operating within. PNBAA exited this process with a strong understanding of how they could best support their organizational growth. This work also provided the important insights required for the visual identity upgrade. Key elements the team wanted the logo to reflect were: professional, dynamic, youthful, Pacific Northwest and aviation (duh!). Form completed a brand identity guide and business papers to launch the new look and provides ongoing marketing support for various events throughout the year.
